Raspberry, Honey & Nut Pavlova

Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 1000ml Millac Gold
- 1 pavlova base
- 1 punnet strawberries
- 1 punnet raspberries
- 100g pecan, almond and hazelnut mix
- 20g toasted flaked almonds
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50ml honey
- fresh mint
- lavender
Method
Whisk the Millac Gold to soft peaks
Place in a piping bag and pipe over the pavlova base
Add the strawberries, raspberries, nuts and toasted almonds
Drizzle over the chocolate and honey
Decorate with the lavender and mint and serve
