Irish Moss

Serves: 12

Ingredients

  • 270g lime jelly
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 570ml cold water
  • 20g dried seaweed (carrageenan)
  • Millac Dairy Whipping Cream

Method

Melt the jelly in the boiling water.

Pour in the cold water

Stir in the seaweed

Pour in the jelly moulds and place in the fridge until set.

Serve with Millac Dairy Whipping Cream
