Bread & Butter Pudding

Ingredients
- 400ml Millac Gold
- 80g Lakeland Dairies Butter
- 400ml Viva Milk
- 20 slices of bread
- 100g caster sugar
- 100g demerara sugar
- 6 eggs
- 150g sultanas
- 1 orange (juice & zest)
- extra sugar
Method
Whisk together the Millac Gold, viva Milk, eggs, sugars, orange juice and zest.
Remove the crusts from the bread. Spread the Lakeland Dairies Butter on the bread and cut into triangles.Arrange slices in a baking dish and sprinkle over the sultanas.
Pour over the creamy Millac Gold mixture and allow to soak before baking.
Sprinkle over a little extra sugar and bake at 160°C for 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
