Turkey and Mushroom Strogonoff

Serves: 10
Ingredients
- 1 litre Millac Gold Double
- 1kg minced turkey
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 10ml rapeseed oil
- 1-2 tbsp flour or cornflour
- 200g mushrooms, sliced
- 100g frozen peas
- 200ml chicken stock
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cook the onions and mushrooms in the oil until soft, add the mince and cook thoroughly.
Add the flour or cornflour, mixing all the while to prevent it burning. Add the stock whilst continuing to mix.
Add the Millac Gold Double to the mixture, continuously stirring.
Stir in the peas, and season to taste.
Serve with soft noodles, rice or mashed potatoes.
