Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 500ml Millac Gold Double
- 500ml mascarpone
- 100g shaved chocolate
- 500g coffee sponge (strong)
- Icing sugar
- 10g chocolate mint
- 10g fresh raspberries
Method
Mix the Millac Gold Double and mascarpone together and scoop onto the plate
Top with a little shaved chocolate
Place the coffee sponge on the plate and dust with icing sugar
Garnish the plate with raspberries and chocolate mint
