Pork Sausages with Honey and Mustard Sauce

Serves: 10

Ingredients

  • 500ml Millac Gold Double
  • 20 pork sausages
  • 2 medium onions
  • 10ml rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp mustard to taste
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Method

Grill or oven bake the sausages for 20 minutes according to the instructions on the pack.

Slice the onions and fry in the rapeseed oil. When cooked, set aside to keep warm.

Add the Millac Gold Double to the mustard, honey and seasoning and blend.

Put the Millac Gold Double mixture into the pan where the onions were cooked and gradually bring to the boil, stirring all the time.

Simmer and continue to stir until the sauce thickens.

Serve 2 sausages, onions plus sauce with mashed or boiled potatoes.
