Ginger and Orange Delight

Serves: 10
Ingredients
- 500ml Millac Gold Double
- 200ml orange juice
- 300g packet of ginger biscuits (20 biscuits)
- 2 small cans of mandarins, (drained 480g)
- zest of 1 orange
Method
Whip the Millac Gold Double and add the orange zest together.
Crumble 2 ginger biscuits into each dish and soak with the orange juice.
Place a layer of mandarins on top of the biscuit base.
Cover the mandarins with orange infused Millac Gold Double.
Decorate with a mandarin segment and ginger biscuit crumbs.
