Creamy Omelette

Serves: 1
Ingredients
- 50ml Millac Gold Double
- 2 eggs
- 20g cheddar cheese, finely grated
- vegetable oil, for cooking
Method
Lightly whisk together the Millac Gold Double and eggs.
Heat the oil in an omelette pan.
Add the egg mixture, cook until almost set, add the cheese and fold over.
Turn out onto a warm plate and serve.
