Bitter Orange Fool

Serves: 12
Ingredients
- 1000ml Millac Gold Double
- 6 large oranges
- 2 lemons
- 100g caster sugar
- 10g borage flower
Method
Zest and juice the oranges and lemons
Mix the Millac Gold Double and sugar, then bring to the boil
Add the zest and juice from the oranges and lemons to the Millac Gold Double and stir until it thickens
Pass through a fine sieve and pour into serving dishes
Once they’ve cooled slightly, place them in the refrigerator overnight
Serve with a fresh orange and edible garden flowers
